  • Can I keep my current mobile number?
    Of course! Once you've received your new phone, just log in to My Account or call us on 0870 087 8751 or 2883 from your TalkTalk Mobile and we can arrange this for you. If you already have a TalkTalk SIM service and you'd like to move this number to your new mobile phone, you'll be able to do this when you place your order.

  • How will I know how much data I've used?

  • I have a TalkTalk SIM?
    If you already have a TalkTalk SIM service and you'd like to keep that number and transfer it to your TalkTalk mobile phone, you'll be able to do this when you place your order.
  • What calls are included in my plan?

    Most UK mobile and UK landline numbers are included in your monthly allowance, however there are some numbers that are chargeable. You'll find a list of these numbers clearly explained here.

    Don't forget calls to Customer Services, voicemail, your TalkTalk landline and any other TalkTalk SIM registered to your account don't use up minutes included with your allowance.

  • What can I do with the tablet devices?
    You can browse the internet download films, books and music. You can also get over 600k apps from Google Play. To access all this you will need to be connected via Wi Fi either through your broadband at home or via a Wi Fi hotspot when out and about.
  • What does double data online mean?

    If you want use your new phone to connect to the internet, make sure you order TalkTalk Mobile online. We'll automatically double your data allowance for the full length of your contract so you can surf the web longer, send more emails and download more photos and music.

    Simply by ordering your 24 month plan online you can increase your monthly data allowance:

    • on Small from 100MB to 200MB
    • on Medium from 500MB to 1GB
    • on Large from 2GB to 4GB

  • Will I get my smartphone and tablet delivered together?
    Your smartphone and tablet will be delivered as one package. We're committed to delivering your Smartphone and tablet bundle as fast as possible. If your chosen Smartphone and tablet bundle is in stock we'll aim to deliver it to you the next day.

    Once you've ordered your new Smartphone and tablet bundle you'll receive an order confirmation email which contains your order delivery details and a link to our partner courier website Yodel, who will be delivering your new Smartphone and tablet bundle on our behalf.
  • Will there be an additional charge for the tablet?
    There are no additional charges for the tablet with this exclusive tablet bundle offer.

Pay monthly plans are subject to a minimum period, credit check and airtime conditions. Payment is by monthly Direct Debit only. Phones are subject to availability. Calls will be charged per second, although a one-minute minimum charge per call will apply. Monthly call allowances do not carry forward from one month to the next. UK landline calls include: 01, 02, & 03 numbers only. Excludes Channel Islands, any non-geographic, premium rate, Directory Enquiry, free phone numbers starting 08 (except 0800 benefit claim numbers) & other non-standard numbers. 0845 & 0870 charged at 35p/min. Calls to UK mobiles applies to 07 & numbers allocated to UK mobile network operators. Excludes Channel Islands, non-standard 07 & any numbers TalkTalk believe are being used for call forwarding services, onward calling services, or pay a revenue share (e.g. 070, 0906, 0907, 0908, 0909, 098). TalkTalk SIM only cards are not compatible for use in Apple's iPads or iPhones, or BlackBerry devices. Calls from UK to international destinations are subject to a 90 minute maximum duration per call.

Double Data

Customers purchasing a 24 month plan online will receive double the monthly data allowance.

Family Calls

Family calls are subject to eligibility. Family members must each have a TalkTalk mobile package charged monthly and linked to the main account. The TalkTalk landline must be the registered phone number of the account holder. Each additional mobile service will be charged in full on the monthly bill.

Online Promotion

Additional 250 minutes Spring promotion.

Promotional inclusive minutes subject to restrictions as per standard plans. Offer maybe withdrawn at any time and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Only available to TalkTalk customers signing up to a Medium or Large handset plan. Customers who take up the promotion will not be able to add any additional minutes boost unless they move from a Medium to Large SIM or handset plan. Promo minutes will be removed if you change tariff. Offer ends 12th June 2013.

Line rental promotion

75% off line rental for the first 3 months of 24 month contract, standard price applicable thereafter. 75% of your line rental will be credited against your first 3 bills. Only available to TalkTalk customers signing up online to a 24 month contract on the Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini (colours available; Blue, White) Offer ends 29th of May. Offer may be withdrawn at any time. Customers who change tariff within the first 3 months will forfeit the 75% discount. Prices subject to change in accordance with our full terms and conditions.
