  • Can I keep my current mobile number?
    Of course! Once you've received your new phone, just log in to My Account or call us on 0870 087 8751 or 2883 from your TalkTalk Mobile and we can arrange this for you. If you already have a TalkTalk SIM service and you'd like to move this number to your new mobile phone, you'll be able to do this when you place your order.
  • Do I need to be a TalkTalk customer?

  • How will I know how much data I've used?

  • I have a TalkTalk SIM?
    If you already have a TalkTalk SIM service and you'd like to keep that number and transfer it to your TalkTalk mobile phone, you'll be able to do this when you place your order.
  • What calls are included in my plan?

    Most UK mobile and UK landline numbers are included in your monthly allowance, however there are some numbers that are chargeable. You'll find a list of these numbers clearly explained here.

    Don't forget calls to Customer Services, voicemail, your TalkTalk landline and any other TalkTalk SIM registered to your account don't use up minutes included with your allowance.

  • What can I do with the tablet devices?
    You can browse the internet download films, books and music. You can also get over 600k apps from Google Play. To access all this you will need to be connected via Wi Fi either through your broadband at home or via a Wi Fi hotspot when out and about.
  • What does double data online mean?

    If you want use your new phone to connect to the internet, make sure you order TalkTalk Mobile online. We'll automatically double your data allowance for the full length of your contract so you can surf the web longer, send more emails and download more photos and music.

    Simply by ordering your 24 month plan online you can increase your monthly data allowance:

    • on Small from 300MB to 600MB
    • on Medium from 500MB to 1GB
    • on Large from 2GB to 4GB

  • Will I get my smartphone and tablet delivered together?
    Your smartphone and tablet will be delivered as one package. We're committed to delivering your Smartphone and tablet bundle as fast as possible. If your chosen Smartphone and tablet bundle is in stock we'll aim to deliver it to you the next day.

    Once you've ordered your new Smartphone and tablet bundle you'll receive an order confirmation email which contains your order delivery details and a link to our partner courier website DPD, who will be delivering your new Smartphone and tablet bundle on our behalf.
  • Will there be an additional charge for the tablet?
    There are no additional charges for the tablet with this exclusive tablet bundle offer.

Double Data

Double data only applies to customers signing up online to a monthly SIM plan, 24 month tablet bundle or smartphone.


Family Calls

Calls are subject to eligibility. Family members must each have a TalkTalk mobile package charged monthly and linked to the main residential fixed line account. The TalkTalk landline must be the registered phone number of the account holder. Each additional mobile service will be charged in full on the monthly bill. Households limited to no more than two handsets (incl. SIMs) and 3 individual SIMs.
